Carey London is playing a key role in the ongoing transformation of London’s East End with the creation of up to 35 new homes in Canning Town on behalf of client East Thames.
The site is close to one of London’s most important conference and exhibition centres – Excel – yet retains a real community feel with local residents proud of their neighbourhood and keen to support the ongoing regeneration of the entire area. With the knock-on effect of the London 2012 Olympics, the imminent launch of Crossrail services linking West London quickly with the West End and the East, there is a real sense of sustained transformation in the area.
Carey London’s on-site has carefully constructed framework across the site and is working closely with main contractor Keepmoat to ensure the project is delivered to time and budget, leaving a legacy of much-needed new homes in this exciting quarter of the traditional East End.
